Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in stocks, and may invest up to 30% of net assets in foreign securities. Its sub-adviser identifies potential investments through extensive quantitative and fundamental research and uses a bottom-up, individual stock selection approach emphasizing value, sound business fundamentals, and positive business momentum. The fund typically sells holdings when a more attractive alternative is found, valuation becomes excessive, or fundamentals deteriorate, and it may engage in active and frequent trading, increasing portfolio turnover.
