Fund Description

The fund is a "fund of funds" that generally allocates its assets among other funds managed by Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, while also retaining the ability to invest directly in securities and derivatives. To achieve its investment objectives, the Advisor employs an integrated investment strategy focusing on long-term drivers of returns, alongside managing risk through diversification across companies and sectors. The fund provides access to equity securities primarily from small companies in Canada, Japan, the UK, Continental Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. It aims to invest at least 80% of net assets in small-cap securities and may adjust allocations among Underlying Funds based on various assessments. The fund may also use foreign currency transactions.
