Fund Description

The fund uses an integrated approach combining research, portfolio design, management, and trading, emphasizing long-term drivers of expected returns while balancing risk through broad diversification across U.S. companies and sectors. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of U.S. companies, with increased exposure to smaller-capitalization, lower relative price, and higher profitability companies versus the U.S. Universe and reduced allocation to the largest high relative price companies. Weights may reflect shorter-term considerations and trading costs. It adjusts holdings based on sustainability impact considerations, and may purchase or sell futures contracts and options on futures contracts for U.S. equity securities and indices to increase or decrease equity market exposure based on actual or expected cash inflows to or outflows from the fund. It may lend securities to generate income.
