Fund Description

The fund uses an integrated approach combining research, portfolio design, management, and trading, emphasizing long-term drivers of expected returns identified by the advisor's research while balancing risk through broad diversification across companies and sectors, and is designed to purchase a broad and diverse group of equity securities of U.S. companies. Under normal circumstances it invests at least 80% of net assets in U.S. equities, with increased exposure to smaller capitalization, lower relative price, and higher profitability companies and generally reduced allocation to the largest U.S. high relative price companies. It may adjust exposures or exclude companies based on shorter-term considerations and trading costs, use futures and options to manage equity exposure based on cash flows, and lend securities. It applies social issue screens monitored by an independent third party and may modify them.
