Fund Description
Delaware Corporate Bond Fund, Class A was incepted in September 1998 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The objective of this fund is to provide total return through a combination of income and capital appreciation. The fund invests 15% of assets in foreign corporate and government securities. It conducts a careful analysis of economic factors, industry related information and the underlying financial stability of the company issuing the bond. The fund seeks greater total return than some U.S. government bond funds but lower risk than many high-yield bond funds. The fund offers dividends monthly. Capital gains are distributed in November.
