Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that generally allocates assets among other funds, while also able to invest directly in securities and derivatives. It seeks broad exposure to U.S. and non-U.S. equity securities across developed and emerging markets, including real estate securities, with diversification across companies, sectors, and countries, and exposure to companies in all market capitalization ranges. Allocations may be adjusted and underlying funds added or removed without notice. It may use futures and options on futures, certain underlying funds may use foreign currency exchange transactions, including foreign currency forward contracts, to hedge currency risk, hedge against exchange-rate fluctuations, or transfer balances between currencies, and securities lending.
