Fund Description
The fund was incepted in April 1992 and is managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors. The objective of the fund is to seek as its primary objective a high level of current income and, as a secondary goal, to maximize total return, but only to the extent consistent with the primary objective. The fund invests its assets among three groupings of various types of fixed-income securities. Income dividends are distributed monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed in December.
