Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in stocks, primarily of foreign companies in developed markets. It ordinarily invests in at least three countries, is not geographically limited, and at times may invest a substantial portion of assets in a single country. It may invest across market capitalizations but seeks to invest primarily in large-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations of $20 billion or more at purchase. The fund's sub-adviser focuses on bottom-up stock selection using extensive fundamental research, beginning with screening reported company financials, and may sell a security when it no longer has the characteristics that led to its purchase, or reduce its weighting if it becomes overweighted; a security may be a sell candidate when valuation reaches or exceeds calculated fair value or when fundamentals deteriorate.
