Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of large-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations of $5 billion or more at purchase. It invests in growth- and value-oriented stocks, primarily in U.S. issuers, but may invest in foreign issuers, including emerging markets. The fund is designed to provide investment exposure to the Equity Income Strategy and the Growth Strategy employed by the fund's sub-adviser, using a collaborative process to select opportunities. Portfolio construction seeks to construct a portfolio providing concentrated exposure to securities the portfolio managers believe represent the highest quality companies recommended for their strategies, while seeking to manage risk, monitoring security and sector weightings and risk-adjusted returns.
