Fund Description

The fund uses a growth investment style and opportunistically invests in global equity securities, including common stocks and sponsored or unsponsored ADRs, EDRs or GDRs, across developed and emerging markets, including the U.S. It is not constrained by country, region or market capitalization and may concentrate assets in a particular country, region, economic segment or issuer; portfolio composition and asset allocation vary over time. It may invest across all market caps, including issuers with limited or no operating histories, and under normal circumstances maintains exposure to issuers in at least three non-U.S. countries. The adviser integrates top-down and bottom-up analysis and considers fundamental and technical factors when buying or selling.
