Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in equities of international corporations traded on stock exchanges worldwide, including emerging markets, alternative trading venues, or over-the-counter markets. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in stock of non-U.S. companies across at least three foreign countries, including established or emerging markets, with non-U.S. status based on domicile, principal place of business, revenue or profits, or asset location. Primary regions include Western Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia and Asia. Portfolio construction uses proprietary econometric models and optimization to balance expected return, portfolio risk, restrictions, and trading costs, and may involve active and frequent trading. The fund may also engage in securities lending.
