Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1997 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The fund seeks maximum long-term total return. The fund allocates its investments principally among the following three sectors of the fixed-income securities markets: the U.S. Investment Grade Sector, the U.S. High-Yield Sector, and the International Sector. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in fixed income securities. Dividends (if any) are declared daily and paid monthly. Capital gains (if any) are paid annually.
