Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1995 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The objective of this fund is to seek maximum long-term total return, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The fund invests in securities of companies principally engaged in the real estate industry. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of real estate investment trusts and other real estate operating companies. The fund looks for companies with fundamental indicators of capital appreciation and dividend growth potential, including value, consistency, cash flow, and strong management. The fund offers dividends quarterly and capital gains, if any, annually.
