Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1997 and is managed by Driehaus Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks to maximize capital appreciation. The fund invests in the stocks of companies in emerging markets around the world. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests substantially all (no less than 65%) of its assets in emerging markets companies. The fund invests in companies with limited operating histories. The fund declares and pays dividend once a year. Capital gains (if any) are distributed annually.
