Fund Description

The fund uses a growth style in equity securities and, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of non-U.S. small capitalization companies, defined as companies located in the same countries and within the same market capitalization range at the time of investment as those included in the MSCI All Country World ex USA Small Cap Growth Index, and the investment adviser does not consider a float-adjustment when determining a company's market capitalization. It may take sizeable positions in developed or emerging markets, may invest up to 20% in U.S. equities, may invest in companies with limited or no operating histories, and may frequently and actively trade. Emerging-market exposure may be substantial, is not capped by single country, and it must be invested in at least three countries.
