Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. companies with attractive investment attributes and sustainable business practices and no material unresolvable ESG issues. It invests principally in common stocks, may invest across market caps but focuses on companies with market capitalizations of $5 billion or more at purchase, and may invest up to 20% in foreign stocks, including up to 10% in emerging markets. Security selection combines investment themes, fundamental research and analysis, and ESG reviews, and employs a sustainable investment process that incorporates elements of negative screening and seeks to identify and avoid companies that participate in areas of activity deemed materially harmful from an environmental or social perspective or do not follow good governance practices.
