Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1977 and is managed by Diversified Investment Advisors. The objective of the fund is to provide a high level of current income through investment in a diversified portfolio of common stocks with relatively high current yield and capital appreciation as secondary goal. The fund invests primarily in stocks of companies, which, in the opinion of the fund's advisers, are fundamentally sound financially and which pay relatively high dividends on a consistent basis. The fund also emphasizes stocks of companies, which, in the opinion of the fund's advisers, are undervalued. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
