Fund Description

The fund was incepted in August 1995 and is managed by Diversified Investment Advisors. The objective is to provide a high level of current income. The fund primarily invests in high-yielding, income producing debt securities and preferred stocks. Under normal circumstances the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in high-yield bonds and related investments. High-yield securities usually are lower-rated debt securities, commonly referred to as 'junk bonds.''
