Fund Description

The fund was incepted in January 1996 and is managed by Massachusetts Financial Services Company. The fund's investment objective is to seek capital appreciation and reasonable income. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 65% of its net assets in income producing equity securities of companies that the fund believes are undervalued in the market relative to their long-term potential. While the fund may invest in companies of any size, the fund generally focuses on undervalued companies with large market capitalizations. The fund may invest in foreign securities through which it may have exposure to foreign currencies. The fund offers dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
