Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, defined as those with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell 1000 Index at purchase, and up to 20% of total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, including ADRs and similar investments. It seeks companies with prospects for robust sales and earnings growth, competitive advantages, and effective management, seeking companies that embrace innovation and foster disruption using technology. Security selection relies on intensive fundamental research and valuation measures such as P/E, P/B, margins, EV/EBITDA and free cash flow yield. Portfolio holdings are continuously monitored for changes in fundamentals. It may invest in any sector and may sell based on growth prospects, price targets, or better opportunities.
