Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 1992 and is managed by U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. The fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small-capitalization companies, defined as companies that have market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, within the range of the Standard & Poor's Small Cap 600 Index. The advisor selects companies that it believes will exhibit superior growth based on, among other factors, above average growth in revenue and earnings, a strong competitive position, strong management, and sound financial condition. Dividends are declared and paid quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
