Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1997 and is managed by Enterprise Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax, with consideration given to preservation of principal. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in investments, the income from which is exempt from federal income tax. The fund generally invests in investment grade municipal securities. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in cash, cash equivalents and debt securities, the interest from which is subject to federal income tax. Dividends are declared daily and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
