Fund Description

The fund invests in a diversified global portfolio of equity securities, including U.S. and foreign issuers, focusing on companies with attractive dividend yields and positive growth in operating cash flow. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of assets are in equity securities of dividend-paying companies across all market capitalizations, including common stocks and depositary receipts. It may invest up to 20% in emerging markets and holds securities in U.S. and non-U.S. currencies. It typically invests at least 40% in foreign issuers and normally in at least three countries outside the U.S., seeking a dividend yield greater than the MSCI World Index. Selection emphasizes free-cash-flow analytics, management capital allocation, shareholder yield, and monitored material ESG factors.
