Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization companies, defined as companies with market capitalizations within the range of the S&P 500 Index at the time of purchase. It may use futures contracts to equitize cash. Using a risk-controlled approach, it seeks to build a broadly diversified portfolio of companies with a superior valuation and earnings profile. Research combines quantitative methods and fundamental analysis, evaluating valuation, quality, and momentum characteristics. Holdings are regularly reviewed and may be sold if business fundamentals deteriorate.
