Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities, a policy that may be changed upon 60 days' prior written notice to shareholders. It targets companies of any market capitalization with growing revenues and earnings, generally investing in domestic equities while also investing in foreign equities and ADRs. The adviser uses in-depth fundamental and industry analysis, supplemented by quantitative screens and models, to identify firms with strong growth, improving profitability and competitive advantages, and applies intrinsic valuation measures. It seeks long-term holdings and low turnover, but may sell based on valuation or adverse developments. It is non-diversified.
