Fund Description

The fund allocates assets between two main asset classes: a stock class (equity securities of all types, including funds that invest in such securities) and a bond and short-term/money market class (fixed-income securities of all types and maturities, including lower-quality high yield or junk bonds, and funds that invest in such securities). It maintains a neutral mix of 85% stocks and 15% bonds and short-term/money market instruments, and may adjust gradually within ranges of 60%-100% stocks and 0%-40% bonds and short-term/money market. It invests in domestic and foreign issuers, including Fidelity Central funds and Fidelity exchange-traded funds aligned with these asset classes.
