Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in common stocks, with at least 80% of assets in securities of companies with small market capitalizations similar to those in the Russell 2000 Index or the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. It focuses on companies the Adviser believes have above-average growth potential and may invest in domestic and foreign issuers. Security selection is based on fundamental analysis of factors such as an issuer's financial condition and industry position, as well as market and economic conditions. Derivatives that provide related investment exposure are included in the 80% policy.
