Fund Description
The fund was incepted in February 2000 and is managed by U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. The fund seeks a high level of current income consistent with prudent risk to capital. The fund normally invests at least 65% of its total assets in corporate debt obligations with an average credit quality of BBB. The fund also invests in a combination of U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations of foreign issuers, securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government or its agencies and instrumentalities and mortgage and asset-backed securities. Under normal market conditions the fund attempts to maintain a weighted average effective maturity for its portfolio securities of 15 years or less and an average effective duration of four to nine years. Dividends are declared and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
