Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in common stocks of companies the adviser believes have above-average growth potential, including domestic and foreign issuers. It uses fundamental analysis of factors such as an issuer's financial condition and industry position, as well as market and economic conditions, to select investments. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of growth companies; growth potential may be determined using factors including third-party growth classifications or benchmarks, earnings, sales or free cash flow growth measures, research and development spending, or capital raising to expand the business. Derivatives providing exposure to these investments or related market risk factors are included in the 80% policy.
