Fund Description

The fund primarily invests in common stocks, focusing on companies that are believed to have the potential for accelerated earnings or revenue growth, often referred to as growth stocks. It concentrates on medium-sized companies but may also allocate significant investments to larger or smaller firms, both domestic and foreign. The investment approach utilizes fundamental analysis, evaluating factors such as financial condition, industry position, and market conditions. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund will typically invest at least 80% of its assets in securities of growth companies, as determined by various indicators of growth potential. Derivative instruments may also be included to provide exposure to these investments or associated market risks.
