Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities and normally invests primarily in common stocks, focusing on companies that pay, or have a historical record of paying, dividends. It may invest in domestic and foreign issuers and in growth and/or value stocks. The adviser uses fundamental analysis of each issuer's financial condition and industry position, along with market and economic conditions, to select investments. Equity securities may include preferred and convertible securities, rights and warrants, depositary receipts, and other equity-like securities. Derivatives providing related exposure are included in the 80% policy.
