Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in non-U.S. securities, including investments tied economically to a country or region outside the U.S. In determining an issuer's country or regional ties, the adviser may consider third-party classifications or index inclusion, domicile and incorporation, asset location, whether the issuer derives at least 50% of its revenues from, or has at least 50% of its assets in, a particular country or region, sources of government guarantees, and the primary trading market or listing exchange. It normally invests primarily in common stocks, allocates across countries and regions, and uses fundamental analysis of issuer, market, and economic conditions to select investments.
