Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of Asian emerging markets issuers and other investments tied economically to Asian emerging markets. The Adviser considers factors to determine whether an issuer is located in or tied economically to a particular country or region, including third-party classification, the issuer's domicile and incorporation, location of assets, whether at least 50% of revenues or assets are in a country or region, the source of any government guarantees, and the primary trading market or listing exchange. It invests primarily in common stocks, allocates across Asian emerging markets countries, and uses fundamental analysis of issuers and market and economic conditions to select investments.
