The fund was incepted in December 1995 and is managed by First Tennessee. The objective of the fund is to achieve maximum total return through a combination of capital appreciation and dividend income consistent with reasonable risk by investing primarily in equity securities. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. Income dividends and capital gains are paid annually.
