Fund Description

The fund invests in securities issued throughout the world, allocating investments across different countries and regions. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities, including common stocks (including depositary receipts evidencing ownership of common stock), preferred stocks and other preferred securities, convertible securities, rights and warrants, and other securities, such as hybrid securities and trust preferred securities, believed to have equity-like characteristics. It normally invests primarily in common stocks. Issuer location or economic ties may be assessed using factors such as vendor classifications, domicile, revenues, assets, guarantees, and trading markets. It uses fundamental analysis of issuer, market, and economic factors to select investments.
