Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. infrastructure-related companies, including firms tied to the ownership, development, construction, financing or operation of infrastructure assets and those providing services or raw materials for their construction and maintenance. Holdings may include common and preferred stocks, publicly traded MLP units and REITs, as well as ETFs and other investment companies, across companies of any size. Under normal conditions it invests at least 40% of net assets in non-U.S. issuers (at least 30% in any case), diversifies across countries, and may invest up to 25% of total assets in emerging markets. It may use derivatives for risk management, return enhancement, or currency hedging.
