Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of companies with mega market capitalizations, generally defined as those with market capitalizations similar to companies in the Russell Top 200 Index or the S&P 100 Index. Common stocks, including depositary receipts evidencing ownership of common stock, represent an ownership interest in an issuer. Derivative instruments that provide investment exposure to these investments or to one or more market risk factors associated with such investments are included in the fund's 80% policy, consistent with the fund's investment policies and limitations with respect to investments in derivatives. It may invest in domestic and foreign issuers and in growth and/or value stocks, using fundamental analysis of issuer, market, and economic factors.
