Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that seeks its investment goal by investing primarily in underlying funds, predominantly Franklin Templeton affiliated mutual funds and ETFs. It is designed for investors seeking the highest level of long-term total return consistent with a higher level of risk. Under normal market conditions, the investment manager allocates the fund's assets between equity and fixed-income investments by investing primarily in a distinctly-weighted combination of underlying funds, generally using 80% equity funds and 20% fixed-income funds as a guide; these percentages may be changed and may vary up to 10% from these guide percentages of fund assets. Underlying funds may invest in U.S. and foreign securities and may use derivatives. No more than 25% may be invested in any one underlying fund, except up to 50% may be invested in specified U.S. government and Treasury funds/ETFs.
