Fund Description

The fund primarily invests in non-U.S. securities, focusing on issuers located in emerging markets and those economically tied to regions outside the U.S. Emerging markets are defined by MSCI and encompass countries with low- to middle-income economies, as classified by the World Bank. Investment decisions are guided by several factors, including third-party classifications, issuer domicile, and revenue sources. It typically invests in common stocks of companies identified as having above-average growth potential. From December 11, 2025, at least 80% of assets will be allocated to growth companies, determined through various metrics such as earnings growth and capital expansion. Derivative instruments are also included to enhance investment exposure as per policy guidelines.
