Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in non-U.S. securities, including those of issuers located in emerging markets, and normally invests primarily in common stocks. Non-U.S. securities may include investments tied economically to a country or region outside the U.S., with issuer location assessed using factors such as third-party classifications, domicile, assets, revenues, government guarantees, and primary listing. It allocates investments across countries and regions and implements its strategy through one or more sub-advisers and/or underlying funds, including affiliated and non-affiliated mutual funds and ETFs, to diversify by market capitalization, investment style, and geographic region, using proprietary fundamental and quantitative research.
