Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of gold and precious metals operation companies, such as firms that mine, process, or deal in gold or other precious metals (silver, platinum, palladium), as well as mining finance and exploration companies and operators with long- or medium-life mines; it may also invest in companies where precious metals are not the primary business if the manager deems the exposure attractive. It is non-diversified, may invest worldwide and predominantly in non-U.S. companies with operations that may be in emerging and frontier markets, may invest without regard to market capitalization and may heavily invest in small- and mid-capitalization companies, primarily holds equity securities (mainly common stock), and may use ADRs, GDRs, and EDRs.
