Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of companies with large market capitalizations, generally defined as those similar in market capitalization to companies in the Russell 1000 Index or the S&P 500 Index. It may invest in domestic and foreign issuers and can target growth stocks, value stocks, or both. The 80% policy includes common stocks, including depositary receipts, and derivative instruments that provide exposure to these investments or related market risk factors, consistent with the fund's policies and limitations. Securities are selected using fundamental analysis of issuers and market and economic conditions.
