Fund Description

The fund employs statistical sampling techniques to construct a portfolio that mirrors the investment profile of the Nasdaq Composite Index, taking into account factors such as capitalization, industry exposures, dividend yield, price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio, price-to-book (P/B) ratio, and earnings growth. It typically invests at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the Nasdaq Composite Index, a market capitalization-weighted index representing approximately 3,000 stocks. Beginning December 11, 2025, the fund will include derivative instruments that provide investment exposure aligned with its 80% policy. Additionally, the fund may lend securities to generate income and may function as a non-diversified fund, in line with the index's non-diversified nature.
