Fund Description

The fund invests predominantly in equity securities, primarily common stock, of mid- and large-capitalization companies located outside the U.S., including developing or emerging market countries, with up to 20% of net assets in emerging markets. Mid- and large-cap companies are generally those with market capitalizations greater than $2 billion. It may at times hold significant investments in a particular country or sector, such as technology, healthcare and industrials. The manager uses a disciplined, bottom-up growth style and in-depth fundamental research to identify high-quality companies with sustainable business models and attractive combinations of growth, quality and valuation.
