Fund Description
Incepted in January 1988, the fund is managed by the Fidelity Group. This fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in municipal securities whose interest is exempt from federal income tax and the New Jersey gross income tax. The fund manages to have similar overall interest rate risk to the Lehman Brothers New Jersey 4 Plus Year Municipal Bond Index with Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. The main objective of this fund is to seek a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax and the New Jersey gross income tax. The fund offers a monthly dividend. Capital gains, if any, are distributed in January and December.
