Fund Description

The fund primarily invests in investment-grade debt securities, including corporate bonds and government securities, and may allocate up to 30% of assets in high-yield and emerging markets debt. Emerging markets are defined by various criteria from MSCI and the World Bank, focusing on economically developing countries. The fund engages in leveraged transactions using derivatives to adjust risk and investment exposure, handling both domestic and foreign issuers. It employs multiple sub-advisers and underlying funds for diversification, utilizing proprietary research to guide asset allocation across sectors and maturities. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund will invest at least 80% of assets in debt securities and debt funds.
