Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 2000 and is managed by Franklin Advisers. The objective of this fund is capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in companies of any size that are expected to benefit from the development, advancement and use of technology, with an emphasis on industry sectors that portfolio managers believe offer exceptional growth potential. The fund may invest up to 35% of its total assets in foreign securities. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually. There is no guarantee that fund pays either income dividends or capital gains distributions.
