Fund Description

The fund primarily invests in common stocks, allocating at least 80% of its assets in equity securities, which represent ownership interests in issuers. Equity securities encompass common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants, and other instruments with equity-like characteristics. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund's 80% policy will include derivative instruments providing exposure to these investments or related market risk factors. The fund invests in domestic and foreign issuers across various sectors including communication services, consumer discretionary, financials, health care, and more, employing different Fidelity managers. It focuses on both growth and value stocks, utilizing fundamental analysis to guide investment selections.
