Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in non-U.S. securities, including securities of issuers located in emerging markets. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of small-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations similar to companies in the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index or the MSCI ACWI ex USA Small Cap Index, and normally invests primarily in common stocks. The adviser allocates investments across countries and regions and uses fundamental analysis of issuers and market and economic conditions to select investments.
