Fund Description
The fund primarily invests in common stocks, focusing on securities of companies primarily engaged in the design, manufacture, or sale of semiconductors and semiconductor equipment. It allocates at least 80% of its assets to such companies, which may include manufacturers of semiconductor equipment and related products. Fidelity determines whether a company qualifies as principally engaged in the designated business activity based on factors such as the level of assets, income, sales, or profits related to the activity, or third-party industry classifications. The fund also includes derivatives for investment exposure to these areas, effective December 11, 2025, and uses fundamental analysis to select investments based on financial condition, industry position, and market and economic conditions.
